Why is my location not detected automatically?

Make sure location permissions are granted for Weather Now in your device settings. On Android: Settings → Apps → Weather Now → Permissions → Location → Allow.

The radar map isn't loading. What should I do?

Check your internet connection. Radar tiles require a stable connection to load. Try force-closing the app and reopening it. If the problem persists, please contact us.

How do I switch between °C and °F?

Tap the °C / °F toggle at the top of the weather panel on the main screen.

How often is the forecast updated?

Weather data is refreshed automatically based on your connection. Forecasts are powered by CustomWeather and NOAA and updated multiple times per day.
