Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID or Google Play account. Open the store account used for the purchase and check the subscriptions section.

Why is my location weather different from another app?

Weather Now combines live radar and forecast model data. Local conditions can differ by data source, update time, station distance and terrain.

Where can I report a bug?

Open the Help Center and include your device model, app version, city, screenshots and the steps that reproduce the issue.
